From Act to Cooperative Activity

The cooperative act characterizes the legal qualification of the cooperative in Brazilian law and determines the operational rule’s systemic interpretation and the relations between partners and cooperative and vice versa. However, it is observed that the theory of the cooperative act has not been sufficient to solve all complex economic issues, proposing in this study the understanding of the cooperative as an organization, with the evolution of the cooperative act to the cooperative activity.
